You can order products displayed on this website

(2) By emailing, faxing or posting to us a list of your requirements or
(3) Ordering online.

If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

For security reasons we log your IP address. Any orders found to be fraudulent will be passed on to the relevant authorities and your ISP.

Prices
Our prices are shown on our website.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order. No money will have been charged to your card at this time.

There is an extra charge for delivery. The price is automatically updated on the CHECK OUT page when you select your preferred choice of delivery. No orders will be sent without a valid delivery option being chosen.

Payment
You can pay by any, Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. There is no surcharge added to the cost of the items. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. For added security, your card details are NOT stored permanently on our server

You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. Please make them payable to UK Consoles. You can find our postal address on the website.
Cash will only be accepted as payment, if sent to us using Special Delivery or other insured transport. Cheques will have to clear our account before goods can be released.

The prices displayed on are web site are in British pounds but you may use our CURRENCIES box to calculate the price in an alternative currency.
We only debit money from your account when we are ready to send your order.

Delivery
We currently only deliver to the UK. If you require delivery abroad, please call us to discuss
We aim to deliver all accessories and components to destinations in the UK within 3 working days. Some delivery options such as SPECIAL DELIVERY and APC Courier guarantee next day delivery on in stock items.

If the goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Under the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return your order in its original condition to

Any items that were delivery by a freepost service are subject to a restocking fee to cover the postage costs of sending the original item, along with the cost of restocking and processing the return.

0-5kg £2.00 Fee (small packets etc.)
5-15kg £10.00 Fee (Bikes, frames, forks etc.)
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

Our responsibility
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
